Client Certificates for Access?

I use Subversion with client-side certificates for SSL, and authentication, and authorization.

Can client-side certs be used with team server for the same purpose?

Hello, please clarify,

do you mean accessing subversion from TeamCity using client-side certificate or accessing TeamCity server with the same kind of certificate?
