NPE

It's probably already known, but any attempt to file a request with a new JetBrains tracker shows NPE, and it's completely unusable.
Frustrating, it kills any bug description entered.

Hmmm, works OK for me.
Could you please post the stacktrace you get? Can you please also try to use another browser to see if it is also reproducible there?

Seems, we were able to reproduce the issue, thank you for drawing our attention to it. The Tracker team is fixing it.

It seems to reproduce only on changing the current project. As a workaround, try to first select the TeamCity folder and then clicking the New Issue, so that the project field is pre-selected.
