Resolving Artifact Depencies hangs builder

I'm trying to set up a deploy based on an MSBuild script, using the previous build for the source artifacts. However the build never gets past the "Resolving artifact dependencies" stage. It hangs there until I kill it (which even then takes forever).

I think maybe its a configuration issue on my dependencies page. Why is the syntax for the dependency not the same as for setting up the artifacts to begin with?

I want all the files under a root dir... should that be My.Web//.* ?

Can my build script be obtained in this manner (from the previous build's artifacts)

Any suggestions to get this to stop hanging?

Edit: Nothing gets created in the work directory

There is an request in our tracker to unify artifacts publishing and retrieving patterns. Right now if you wish to download all files you should use \*.\* pattern (it will match directories too). As for the build hanging could you please submit an issue to our tracker? Please attach agent and server logs there. Also it would be helpful to attach a thread dump on the agent while it resolves artifact dependencies (you can make thread dump from TeamCity web UI).
