Nant runner fails on command line

I'm on Vista 64 bit, though am pretty sure this is not an OS issue.

Here is the error I am getting.

Invalid value 'DotNetFramework3.0=' for command-line argument '-D'. Expected name/value pair (=]]>). Try 'nant -help' for more information

Is there somewhere to control or override all that stuff being based to my script?

What is the version of NAnt do you use?

Could you please try running your nant:

nant.exe -buildfile: -D:TestEmptyValue= -D:someOther=123 For NAnt xml please try consider using this: ]]>
<echo message="TestEmptyValue='$', someOther=$" />
</target>
</project>

What does Nant returns?

Thanks!
