Logon Teamcity server from different computer

I was able to setup the Teamcity Build Agent/Window Service on a build machine and sucessfully built and ran unit tests on this build machine However, when I tried to logon this build server machine from a different computer (laptop computer) by entering "localhost:8011/login", I am not able to do so and keep getting the "This page cannot be displayed" window. I also created couple user account and have other users to login this build machine and they all have the same issue. What could be the issue here? Does everyone need to install the teamcity on their computer in order to login and build from their machine instead of the build machine? I am very new to this CI process.

The name localhost always refers to the actual machine you are on at the time. You would need to either reference the machine name (using Active Directory if it's a Windows server, or DNS or a hosts file entry if it's a Linux or Unix server) or the IP address of the machine in place of "localhost".
