Is it possible to use diff feature in TeamCity to diff SVN revisions?

TeamCity diff works for its own change tracking number (e.g. http://teamcity.yellowpages.local/diffView.html?id=2668&index=2&personal=false) but is it possible to use it in a more generic way and have it do a diff between two SVN revisions. I love the diff ui and would love to use it in my svn checkin emails if i can.
