Linking TC to Jira?

Ok, that's definitely helpful. Where would that link show up though? Are there comment fields in TC that I'm missing? Or are we talking about the "Changes" text?

This thing will transform all change comments words matching pattern (i.e. TW-1234)  to jira links.
