installation of TeamCity 4 on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition

Hello!

I'm having trouble installing TeamCity on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition.
After running the installer and enter the information necessary for the installation, I see this window (in the attached file).

Since then, nothing happens, and the progress bar remains at the primary level.

How do I set up TeamCity?

The problem is solved.
After a long wait (about an hour), the teamcity installation was completed.
