FxCop builds from Visual Studio 2008 project files

Is it possible somehowe to run FxCop build basing on Visual Studio 2008 project files (as I understand code analysis settings of my vstudio project correspond to FxCop settings). Might be is it possible to convert visual studio project files to FxCop project?
