Web server startup time

Hi,

I have TC 4.0.2 installed.
I've restarted the web server service and it's now been 30 minutes and it still didn't finish to start.
The last time I restarted it, it took only a few seconds to start, the only thing that changed between those restarts is the server regional settings.
The last line in the log file is:
[2009-03-01 14:25:04,915]   INFO -   jetbrains.buildServer.SERVER - Start loading cache of build committers...

I have about 10 build configurations with 6 months of history, the .BuildServer system folder is 16GB.

Is this supposed to take so long or am I missing something?

weird, a few service restarts solved this, but I still don't understand what went wrong.

This is happening again.
This time the only change I did was to enable the svn.log appender in teamcity-server-log4j.xml.
Ideas? Anyone?
