I searched the forum and issue tracker, but I haven't see this issue reported yet.
When a user currently has responsibility for a failed build and either clicks "give up" and assigns responsibility to someone else or clicks "it's fixed," the email notification doesn't include the new owner nor does it include the comment. The responsibility changed notification email says the current responsible is "None available" however the web UI does include the new owner and comment. Changing the responsibility again will send out the email notification with the new owner and comment.
We haven't changed the default notification templates. Is this a configuration problem?
