EAP 10307 buildAgent tries to connect to Amazon

Our buildAgent is running on a server that has no internet connectivtiy: Starting an agent takes about 12 minutes. Maybe becaus the plugin is trying to connect to Amazon?

for now I have removed the amazonEC2 plugin from the plugins directory and the buildAgent starts as fast as it's supposed to
