How to report description of a testcase ?
Is there a possibility - preferably with service messages - to report the description of the testcase being executed ?
Also it would be nice if this information would appear on the page of testcase (the one with test details, duration chart, history)

No, it is impossible at the moment. Something like description is supported for ignored tests only (i.e., reason why the test is ignored).
