How to link a new issue tracker (called trac) with TeamCity ?

I wonder if some documentation exists about how to link TeamCity with another issue-tracker than the three proposed (JIRA, Bugzilla and Charisma).
My goal is to link TeamCity with Trac (http://trac.edgewall.org)

I've already tried this but my problem is that my trac system is hosting several project and in the url there is a variable part (depending of the project) :
(no need to click the links, they aren't real)
http://trac.mydomain.com/MyProject/ticket/99
http://trac.mydomain.com/MyOtherProject/ticket/99
the issue (trac call this 'ticket') #99 (for example) might exist for different project
The workaround you suggest is availlable for all builds/configurations not dedicated to a specific build (as for the existing issue tracker links)
I was looking for a way to add the trac project name (which might be different of the Teamcity project name) in the mapped external link.

Unfortunately there is no other way to provide comment transformations
Please feel free to file a feature request for support of the Trac issue tracker.
