Windows service wrapper fails to configure correctly

Environment:

Windows Server 2003
Sun EE SDK 5 U 7 w/JDK 1.6U16
TC EAP 10380

I used the WAR distribution of TC and ran the build agent installer on the same server as the TC server. The BuildAgent installed its service but it failed to start. Looking at the log I tracked the problem down to the fact that the wrapper.java.command in the wrapper.conf file of the build agent was not set. During the installation the environment did have JAVA_HOME set correctly to \Sun\SDK\jdk and I would have expected the installer to pick this up and set the wrapper.java.command value correctly but it did not. Once I set it to \Sun\SDK\jdk\bin\java.exe the BuildAgent service started nicely.

I've created an issue in our tracker for it at

Please watch/vote for it.

Thanks!
