Scripting TeamCity to create builds within project

Hi, Folks:

I have a request to create build dynamicly within a project, which needs to be done via a script way. There is a thread to discuss that several monthes ago(http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/TCD4/Accessing+Server+by+HTTP?focusedCommentId=15798944#comment-15798944).

The answer says writing a plugin which implements HTTP interfaces. Is there any example code? And  I browsed the API doc but seems no TC's open API to create a build. Could anyone point me out?

Thanks,

Raymond

If you need to do this with help of scripts, probably better way is to create configuration files in .BuildServer/config directory. TeamCity watches this directory and if any changes occur reloads configuration from disk. The configuration files are just xml, and in .BuildServer/config you will also find dtd files briefly describing these files structure.
