Configuration Settings History

Is there a way of seeing settings history for a build configuration?

What I want is a means of seeing what changed, and who changed it.
This will be for things like, changes to Build Runner, Dependencies, Environment Variables, etcetcetc..

If this isnt already a feature, i think it would a great addition.
