How can I prevent a cleaning of a dependencie to a pinned build

Can I Prevent a cleaning of a dependencie artifact that is used in a pinned build,
If I check the "Prevent dependency artifacts cleanup" all artifacts are stored even if the main build artifact were cleaned
I only want to keep the dependencies that was used in pinned builds not all that was used in any build
