Internet Explorer download error using SSL - TeamCity 4.5.5 - Windows Server 2008 R2

I have a download error when using IE and SSL in TeamCity.  It affects the following areas...

- Download all (.zip)

- All TeamCity Tools in My Settings & Tools

- Probably other downloads I'm not aware of

The fix seems to be to set the following headers

Cache-Control: private,must-revalidate

Pragma: private

Is there an easy way to apply this to the tomcat config?

Also, how can I request these header changes be included for all downloads in v5?
