Eclipse TC Plugin and SVNKit

I know this question should be posted on a subclipse list, however I wanted to ask it here because choosing SVNKit solved my Delayed Commit problem with TC.

I would like some background if possible.

TC requires Subclipse.
Subclipse defaults to JavaHL.
SVNkit work better with TeamCity (for me) .

What is the key difference between the two plugins to the end user?
Am I losing other SVN functions by choosing SVNKit over JavaHL?

The current TC documentation does not mention set the SVN interface.
