erverSide.search.SearchService - SearchService.enqueueHistory .FileNotFoundException

I've upgraded teamcity 5.0.3 to 5.1.2.
Then I've noticed that every second in C:\Tomcat\logs\stdout_20100529.txt there is error java.io.FileNotFoundException for file C:\.BuildServer\system\caches\search\_58.pcx
I've deleted all files from C:\.BuildServer\system\caches\search\, but it didn't solve the problem. Noe there is the following error wich writes every second:

[2010-05-29 15:27:51,477]  ERROR - erverSide.search.SearchService - SearchService.enqueueHistory
java.io.FileNotFoundException: no segments* file found in org.apache.lucene.store.SimpleFSDirectory@C:\.BuildServer\system\caches\search: files:
 at org.apache.lucene.index.SegmentInfos$FindSegmentsFile.run(SegmentInfos.java:655)
 at org.apache.lucene.index.DirectoryReader.open(DirectoryReader.java:69)
 at org.apache.lucene.index.IndexReader.open(IndexReader.java:476)

 at jetbrains.buildServer.serverSide.search.SearchService.enqueueHistory(SearchService.java:515)
 at jetbrains.buildServer.serverSide.search.BackgroundIndexer.run(BackgroundIndexer.java:32)

Log file grows very fast. I don't know if there were no such a problem with  5.0.3, I've deleted all logs, to see wich one will be created
I'm using tomcat 6.0.24 on windows 7 x64. I've deployed TC via WAR file.

Alex,

Did you try to restart the server after the directory cleaning? THe recommended way would be to spot the server, clean the direcotry and then start the server again.

Please note that after restart the all the builds in the history will be re-indexed for search and this can general some load on the server until the indexes are rebuilt.

I am having the same problem.

It seems to be fixed after upgrading to TeamCity 6.0 followed by stopping te server, cleaning the directory <TeamCityDataDir>\system\caches\search\ and restarting the server.
