Clean-up process and dependencies

Hi,

I was having problems with my clean up process not deleting old artifacts.  It turns out, even though I had "Clean artifacts older than the 5th successful build" selected, the system would not delete the older artifacts.  When I went into the project, and set "Do not prevent dependency artifacts cleanup" for each configuration (or template) it worked as expected.  

Is there a way to set this up so that I do not need to set a per project artifact setting?
