TeamCity 6.5 Professional Edition Roles

In the marketing materials, it reads that roles were added to TeamCity 6.5 Professional. Do roles allow for project-level permissions to specific builds? That's the feature I'm looking for but I can't find it anywhere in the UI. Docs indicate this is in The Users/Groups section as a third tab but it's not there in my release. Am I missing something?

Hi

To simplify UI for new and small customers they are hidden by default.
But you can enable them in server configuration:

BTW - The docs still indicate these features are only available for Enterprise users.
