Bring back the searchable filter window for environment variables

While I do like intellisense, we work with some projects with scores of environment variables. The ability to have an "contains" type search to allow filtering was incredibly useful. Now, I have to know the name of the variable (or at least what it begins with - aside from the cumbersome %env.) instead of being able to filter by all containing a term. While the filter was ugly, it was useful. IMHO, you've reduced usability in favour of aesthetics.

Hi Adam,
"contains" type of filter is still there, e.g. you can type "%PATH" and "env.PATH" will be in the completion output. Do you want something different?

I guess I assumed with the removal of the window the behaviour had changed. Since the UI doesn't actually provide any guidance I incorrectly assumed that it had been removed. Thanks.
