Daily clean-up job: Is it disruptive to running builds?
Our daily cleanup job runs for about 45 minutes. During that time, how do active builds behave? What if a build finishes while TeamCity is still in clean-up mode?

The agent keeps the results in memory until connection is restored, so nothing should be lost.
