How should I interpret the clean-up rules?

I have the following clean-up rules:



I was wondering about the interpretation, it is the and that is getting me confused.
Let's say I have a build that is the 6th successful build and it is 2 days older than the last build.
Will the artifacts for this build be deleted by these rules?
If not, what should the rule look like?
