How can I prioritize build agent order manually?

We have several build agents. One is located on a virtualized machine. This build agent gets a very high cpu benchmark value, because the host is a powerful machine. However, the virtualized instance is small, so I would like to reorder the build agents manually.

Is it possible to override the cpu benmachark?
