Can we tie build agents to user groups?

I may have got this wrong, but it seems that once you grant permission to a user to enable/disable agents, they get permission to do this for all agents.  We have a TeamCity server that is shared across multiple development teams, where those teams manage their own build agents; however, once we grant permission to enable/disable or clean sources, they are able to run these actions on any of the 45 build agents.

Is there a way to tie build agents to a particular group to prevent this from happening?

Hi Richard

We're actively developing this feature right now, and you can preview it already in fresh EAP build.
Permissions are set on project level. But because agent pools will allow to split agents between projects, there will be one-to-one relationship.

It seems my statement is not completely correct, and these permissions cannot be applied to specific projects.

Please let me consult with the team.
