VS Plugin: Working copy format '12' is not supported.
After updating to the latest TortoiseSVN I was forced to upgrade my working copy to the letst format. Now the "Local Changes - TeamCity" tab says:
"Failed to collect changes. See details"
When I click on "See details" I get:
"Failed to collect pending changes in Subversion.
Error: Working copy format '12' is not supported."

I'm not sure what got changed (I suspect just that I rebooted and therefore restarted everything) but now the Local Changes details says:
Failed to collect pending changes in Subversion.
Error: Version (1.7.1) of used Svn.exe (svn) is not supported.\nPlease check Subversion settings.
Will this be corrected any time soon so I can get the ability to do personal builds back again?

TeamCity does not support Subversion 1.7 yet, please downgrade to 1.6.x.
We're working on it now, so SVN 1.7 will be supported by upcomming TeamCity 7.0.
