Stream View for TeamCity (and plugins)

A feature I like in other products like Jira and Confluence (which we use at my company) is a Stream View which lets you see at a glance the changes recently made.

I wonder if TeamCity could add a Stream View that would be similar to this.  I'd be very interested in being able to see what files where recently modifed in my project (I can get to this this now pretty easily but I have to click a lot to get to this info), it would be nice to see it in a nicer format.

I also wonder, is it be possible to develop this as a plugin for TeamCity?

Thanks.

After posting this question I realized that there is Change Log view, which is similar to what I was looking for, except I still need to click to see the files changed.

Also it would be nice to be able to see changes across different projects.
