TeamCity Ensure/Finally Task

Hello-

We have a long-running build process that takes a few servers offline at the beginning. Once it completes, it brings the servers back online. If the build fails mid-stream, then the servers are never brought back online. What we are trying to do is to have the equivalent of an ensure or finally block. We want a build step to run (regardless of whether or not previous steps failed) that will bring the servers back online. Does TeamCity have any facility for doing this?
