Administrator user reset

Greetings,

I need help to reset administrator user name and password; it has been lost. Any help would be much appriciated.

I did find a command(..\..\..\..\jre\bin\java -cp server.jar;common-api.jar;commons-codec-1.3.jar;util.jar;hsqldb.jar ChangePassword from to) to reset the password, but I do not know the user name.

I'm sorry for late reply. But if anyone else has the same problem, here is a solution.
Start HSQLDB Database Manager, as explained in this post.
And execute next SQL query:

select U.username
from users U, user_roles R
where U.id = R.user_id
and role_id like 'SYSTEM_ADMIN'
