TeamCity and SubVersion upgrades repointing the subversion uri's

hi.

We are in the process upgrading to new servers for our subversion repository and teamcity build server.  I have set up the new repository instance and used the backup method to create the new TeamCity instance.  
We have a lot of job, I would prefer to automate the repointing of uri's from the old to new server.  Is that possible/how?  Note moving from windows 2008 to windows 2008R2.
