Team City does not seem to checkout latest file from git repository
I am using TeamCity v4.5.4 build 9071 with a git repository. I can see that the CI project saw the latest change I made but when I look at the file on disk in the work directory, it is an older version. I cannot seem to force TC to pickup the latest version of this file. I am using checkout automatically on server to default location.

does build has correct revision in the TeamCity UI? Does build log say it checks out a correct revision?
The Team City UI does report that it is picking up the correct change. One other weird point is that I made an identical copy of the TC build configuration that is failing and the copy works just fine.

Allan, sorry for delay. What revisions in build log? Does teamcity says it uses the correct revisions?
