MSpec Runner + dotCover encounteres "System.MissingMethodException: No parameterless constructor defined for this object."

I'm running into the same issue that htis person on StackOverflow is encountering:

MSpec is able to run all the tests and dotCover does create a build report which TeamCity presents, but the exception then causes the build to FAIL which is misleading and I'd like to get around that.
