Failed build and servlet library in IntelliJ IDEA project

Hi,

build of my IntelliJ IDEA project failed with "error: package javax.servlet.http does not exist". I have one module and three libraries in it, one of the libraries is "servlet-api" library with "provided" scope (see attached module configuration). Why it doesn't work? Should I set something somewhere?

I have IntelliJ IDEA 12.1.3 and TeamCity 7.1.5.
