Commandline Remote Run Tool for 7.0.0.4

Hi guys,

I need the command-line remote run tool for Team City 7.0.0.4. As per this page, 7.0.x compatible version can be downloaded from this teamcity build page, but I can't find any "artifacts" link there. Can anyone please tell me where else I can download it from?
