Updating plugin on TC causes profile corruption on VM's

Hello Everyone,

We've recently tested in our environment that when we update a plugin or add a plugin to TC our build agents unregister and come ofline for 2 minutes. When they return online we receive errors in the registry with refcounts not being set to 0 and state not being set 0 either causing profile corruption on our windows 7 vm's.
