I am completely new to the TeamCity software, and it was initially installed and setup by another coworker. Nevertheless I have been tasked with administering it. We are still in the initial phase of rolling it out and currently are only using it on one project. We need to have it so the Project Admin can edit "Build Settings" but not edit "Project Settings". We have edit "Build Settings" enabled but not edit "Project Settings". This doesn't seem to work correctly, it is almost as if you have to have edit "Project Settings" enabled as well to accomplish what we need. We would prefer not to give out the edit "Project Settings", is there a way around this or not. I would like to apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge in this area.
