How to retrieve pin comments from teamcity

Folks,

Please help me figuring out how to retrieve ONLY the pin comments. I need a restapi url. I have been using the following:

http://tcurl/gestAuth/app/rest/buildTypes/id:btxx/builds/number:xx.xx.xx

to get the json and retreive the pinInfo.

Now I ran into a problem with approach since there are too many changes in builds and it take longer to retrieve all the
change info (which I don't need)

Now, I would like to know if:

1. Is there a way to ONLY retrieve the pin comments
or
2. Not to get changes from this url
