change timezone in teamcity
Hello everybody!
I'm from Russia and in the 26th of october there was a change of timezone.(From GMT+4 to GMT+3)
I was patching tzdata (debian) and oracle java, but I see that there was nothing changed.
Please, can you help me with this? Where I need to look up?

Have you upgraded JDK?
