Team City Server Web Interface becomes unavailable after updating to 9.0.2

We are expierencing difficulties with our team city server after upgrading to 9.0.2. I have attached a couple of dump files that were created today. The server appears to be running as we can see in the teamcity-server.log. The WebUI is no longer available. It is necessary to restart the server to get the WebUI working,

This most likly related to this TW-40106

We have just started the 9.0.3 EAP (build 32239).

The UI seems to refresh properly. The count of  netstat -an | grep CLOSE_WAIT | wc -l does not grow continuously.

When is 9.0.3 going to be available.
