Teamcity agent scaling

Hello,
Our team is evaluating Teamcity and with a different test that we ran on AWS our estimate is that at peak load we probably need 1000 agents to be available. Since JetBrains officially sells licenses for 200 agents, I am curious what are our options if we really need to scale to 1000 agents

1) What the max number of agents that you were able to scale for a single TC master
2) What are some solutions that were tried if 200 is really the limit that's supported for a single TC master. Any pro's & con's

Hi Rutvik,

Please read some notes about Estimated Hardware requirements and find some examples based on our experience. We do not have extensive data on the agents number limitations. This depends much on the type of the builds that are runing (i.e. build log size + number of tests + test output). The server load is also generated by the other clients (related is number of users using web UI, number of IDE plugins, etc.) Also, we are ready to look into any performance issues that you might encounter during large-scale agents deployment.
