Illegal status [403] while downloading
Hi Folks,
We're trying to set up a new TeamCity server in Azure and are getting the following on the new server when we kick off a build:

We made sure the firewall rules for inbound and outbound match, and also added endpoints for 443, 80, 8080, 9090, and 9080. Thoughts?

After more investigation, this might be our virus scanner intercepting the download.
