how to create our owntab in taemcity

iam new to plugin development.

I was trying to add 1 tab along with the existing tabs in teamcity. when click on new tab it will naviagated to new HTML page with two button,each page have its own action . Is there any sample project available or can you provide what all are the things in configuration.
