Symbol server plugin not publishing any symbols

I followed the instructions here https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TW/Symbol+Server

Using symchk, I can't find any symbols that match up with any of my artifacts. Can someone provide information on how to troubleshoot this? Let me know if there is more information I can provide.
