Connected to GitHub But Create Project Shows "There are no repositories found."
I've connected my TeamCity server to GitHub. I think. But when I go to “Create Project” and select “From GitHub.com”, I see the message “There are no repositories found.” There should be something like 130 repositories from my organization.

To further investigate, could you please capture the network trace file(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-web-pubsub/howto-troubleshoot-network-trace) and take screenshots when you reproduce the issue?
