SCHEDULED BUILD CHAIN DOES NOT START

I scheduled the build trigger by specifying everyday at specific time but it does not appears to be triggering at all. There is no indiciation whatsoever in regards to why it happened. Also on Dec 9th at 1340pm (for example), i set the everyday build to run hoping this will start in next 10 minutes by 1350pm but result will say, it is scheduled to run at next day Dec10th 1350pm and nevertheless does not run.
