Change history log for Current run configuration policy settings on build agents

Does anyone know if teamcity maintains logs for any changes being made on the "Current run configuration policy" settings under Compatible Configurations tab on Build agent screen?
I am trying to look for some changes that were made to the agent configuration settings recently but its really hard to track back.

That is Tracking User Actions.
Please go to Administration | Diagnostics | Audit, choose to show Agent Actions :: Build configurations compatibility change in drop-down menu and click Filter.
One more option is to refer to Administration | Diagnostics | Server Logs | teamcity-server.log and look for the phase
