Can I retrieve project meta-runners using the REST AP?

We keep several meta-runners on the root project, and I wish to create a script that will synchronize these meta-runners with our source control. Can I access these meta-runners using the REST API?

Currently it's not supported. Please vote for the request https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-40652 and try the suggested workaround.
